​IMPORTANT XTD TRAVEL INFORMATION: 

• CRUISE ONLY PACKAGE: You are required to make your flight arrangements. 

• When making your flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to your travel dates and the location of the airport you will be flying into. For this trip, the airport code is (BCN) – Barcelona, Spain. 

• For this trip, guests have the option of having their monthly installment payments automatically deducted in equal installments from your credit/debit card from your bank via an option you can select during registration for your trip.   

• A passport is required to cruise on Virgin Voyages. Please go HERE for all the information you need to procure your passport.  

• Virgin Voyages requires that your passport be valid for at least 6 months from the voyage date.  

• All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. If the US dollar devalues, XTD Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.  

• At check-in, the resort may require a credit card to cover anticipated/incidental room charges. 

• IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

• PAYMENTS: We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

​XTD Travel does NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. For this reason, XTD Travel HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that guests procure travel insurance via our complimentary travel insurance portal on our website HERE. 

   
Note: Please review your travel insurance booking options thoroughly to determine the "BEST" type of insurance policy for you (i.e., cancel for any reason vs. one of the other policy types).  XTD Travel does NOT recommend which insurance policy you should buy in the event you purchase travel insurance. As such, you must read all the policy benefits and understand the type of policy you are considering when comparing policies, and if in doubt. If you have policy-specific questions, please contact the travel insurance provider directly. 

   
Note: You can cancel your vacation if you elect to do so. However, completing the cancellation form does not entitle you to a refund, as XTD Travel has a NO REFUND PAYMENT policy.

Clients are also HIGHLY encouraged to secure travel insurance for their vacation so that in the event a "covered reason" occurs, their vacation investment will be covered.
