Hosting your own Private Group Travel event/vacation adds a whole new meaning to the saying “friends with benefits”! Because now, you can host your own travel event/vacation with your family members, friends, co-workers, etc., and potentially travel with the group for FREE!
Here is how the Private Group Travel “HOST-N-GO FREE” Program works……..
Step One
Book your own Private Group trip with XTD Travel
Step Two
Invite, confirm and register the required number of family members, friends, or co-workers for your private group trip.
Step Three
Go FREE or get a $1500 travel credit towards the cost of your trip as the group host!

“Host -N-GO-FREE" Program
“the fine print” Guidelines
A Group is defined as 20 people (not including yourself) for land packages.
Private Group Travel Host who elect to participate in this program are NOT eligible for the individual referral bonus program for their own Private Group Travel trips.
Travel credits will be applied to the cost of the private group host’s trip cost. For example, if the total cost of the trip exceeds $1600, a credit of $1500 will be applied against the Private Group Travel host's trip, and he/she will receive an invoice for the difference.
Total Trip Cost Per Person Private Group Trip Host Perk
Total Trip $1600 or less FREE
Total Trip $ 1601 and more $1500 Credit on Cost of Trip
If your group drops below the required minimums for land and cruise travel packages, your group no longer qualifies as a group. Thus, you will no longer be able to go for free and instead will be given a pro-rated credit towards the cost of your trip based on the number of people that do ultimately travel.
If your Private Group Travel trip is canceled, (you) group host will not receive any travel credit. XTD Travel reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time without notification.
