Secure Your Group Rates: A deposit is required within 7 days of receiving the group contract to lock in your rates. The deposit amount varies based on the trip.

Booking Page Creation: Once your group is ready to book, XTD Travel will create a personalized online booking page with all the details needed for registration.

Automated Payment Plans: Registrants will be placed on a payment plan upon registration to make the process seamless.

Event Updates: We'll send out emails about the curated activities, travel tips, COVID-19 updates, excursions, and destination highlights to keep everyone informed and excited!
