We are sorry to see that you have decided to cancel your trip with XTD Travel Club.  To complete your cancellation request, please send an email to the following email address: and, in the email, include the following:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Purchase order number for the trip.  This can be found at the top of your invoice on the right-hand-side.

  • If you have not yet received your first invoice and are attempting to cancel your trip, please provide the destination and departure date for your reservation.

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Brief Explanation outlining the reason for cancellation

  • Indicate whether or not you are currently paying for your trip via an automated monthly installment billing arrangement.


Your reservation will be canceled upon receipt of your email, and an email to acknowledge that your cancellation request has been completed will be sent to you.


Please note that there are NO refunds on XTD Travel events/tours.  Thus, if you purchased travel insurance for this trip and your reason for canceling your trip is for one of your policies covered reasons, we highly recommend that you contact the insurance company through whom your travel insurance policy was purchased to submit a refund claim for your trip.
