TRIP CANCELLATION

We are sorry to see that you have decided to cancel your trip with XTD Travel.  To complete your cancellation request, please complete the XTD Travel Cancellation Request Form found HERE.

​Your reservation will be canceled within 3 to 5 days of receiving your request.  An email to acknowledge that your cancellation request has been completed will be sent to your email address on record.

Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on XTD Travel events/tours.  Thus, if you purchased travel insurance for this trip and your reason for canceling your trip is for one of your policies' covered reasons, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you contact the insurance company through whom your travel insurance policy was purchased to submit a refund claim for your trip.
