As a result of the error, my sister and I ended up sleeping in the same bed the first night. I contacted Shankara XTD, and she immediately handled the situation. We ended up getting upgraded to a room with our own private pool! Everything worked out, and we really enjoyed our trip! We would definitely recommend. |
