Last year, we took that spirit beyond the luncheon table and ventured to the breathtaking shores of Negril, Jamaica, for the first Lavender Luxe Experience—and it was a tremendous success. The experience exceeded every expectation, strengthening our sisterhood and leaving us refreshed, connected, and inspired. Because of that incredible response, I am beyond excited to invite you to Year Two of the Lavender Luxe Experience.
As we continue to elevate and expand what Lavender Luxe represents, we’re taking the journey even further. In 2027, Lavender Luxe will take place on the stunning island of St. Lucia, where a brand-new chapter of this sponsored travel experience awaits. Designed exclusively for us, this next iteration blends wellness, relaxation, and adventure in an even more intentional and luxurious way.

Trip Registration
When registering for a trip with XTD Travel, travelers are required to make reservations in the full name listed on their government-issued ID.
Note: When registering for an international trip, you must use the exact name as it appears on your passport. If you need to change your name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
Flight Information
Purchase your flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ). After purchasing, please enter your flight details into our database to ensure a shuttle is ready for your transfer to and from the resort. Enter your flight information HERE.
Automatic Billing Plan
Enroll in our automatic billing plan to relax, knowing your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided payment plan and let you know the exact day your payment will be processed each month. Your initial deposit is due at booking, and future payments will follow the schedule on your invoice. This service is available at no charge.
Invoice Notifications
With the payment plan, you will receive monthly payment notices. Full payment must be received by the final due date to ensure you receive travel documents, itineraries, and any additional travel instructions. These documents are emailed approximately 30 days before you are scheduled to begin your travel.
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card.
Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing the money you paid is worse. We recommend purchasing travel insurance which you can purchase HERE.
Traveler Contact Information Updates
Please notify XTD Travel of any mailing address, email address, or phone number changes in a timely manner to ensure that important documentation, travel swag boxes, etc., are received at the correct location.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

XTD Travel does NOT recommend which insurance policy you should buy in the event you purchase travel insurance. Note: You can cancel your vacation if you elect to do so. However, completing the cancellation form does not entitle you to a refund, as XTD Travel has a NO REFUND PAYMENT policy.

XTD Travel has adopted this policy to ensure we can book the best vacations in amazing locations with phenomenal excursions and other benefits. Clients are also HIGHLY encouraged to secure travel insurance for their vacation so that in the event a "covered reason" occurs, their vacation investment will be covered.
