Depart the USA on your overnight flight to Athens, Greece—your journey to history, beauty, and sisterhood begins.
Day 2 – Oct 12th | Arrive in Athens
Welcome to Greece! Upon arrival in Athens, enjoy a warm greeting and private transfer to your hotel. Settle in and unwind as you begin your Athenian escape.

Day 3 – Oct 13th | Athens at Leisure or Optional City Tour
Enjoy a relaxed morning or join an optional guided Athens City Tour featuring the iconic Acropolis and Parthenon, followed by a visit to the Acropolis Museum. The evening is yours to explore Athens’ vibrant streets, dining, and culture.

Automatic Billing Plan
Enroll in our automatic billing plan to relax, knowing your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided payment plan and let you know the exact day your payment will be processed monthly. Your initial deposit is due at booking, and future payments will follow the schedule on your invoice. This service is available at no charge.
Invoice Notifications
With the payment plan, you will receive monthly payment notices. Full payment must be received by the final due date to ensure you receive travel documents, itineraries, and additional travel instructions. These documents are emailed approximately 30 days before you are scheduled to begin your travel.

Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing the money you paid is worse. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which you can purchase HERE.
Traveler Contact Information Updates
Please notify XTD Travel of any mailing address, email address, or phone number changes in a timely manner to ensure that important documentation, travel swag boxes, etc., are received at the correct location.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
XTD Travel does NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. For this reason, XTD Travel HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that guests procure travel insurance via our complimentary travel insurance portal on our website HERE.
Note: Please review your travel insurance booking options thoroughly to determine the "BEST" type of insurance policy for you (i.e., cancel for any reason vs one of the other policy types). XTD Travel does NOT recommend which insurance policy you should buy in the event you purchase travel insurance. As such, it is important that you read all the policy benefits and understand the type of policy you are considering when comparing policies and where in doubt. if you have policy-specific questions, please contact the travel insurance provider directly.
Note: You can cancel your vacation if you elect to do so. However, completing the cancellation form does not entitle you to a refund, as XTD Travel has a NO REFUND PAYMENT policy.

XTD Travel has adopted this policy to ensure we can book the best vacations in amazing locations with phenomenal excursions and other benefits. Clients are also HIGHLY encouraged to secure travel insurance for their vacation so that in the event a "covered reason" occurs, their vacation investment will be covered.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to initiate a chargeback on your credit or debit card before we have had an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have.
By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience; in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy, to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless, and we will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
