The Xperience…. 

Don’t just attend the event — enjoy the entire journey. XTD Travel will transport guests in style aboard an elegant luxe motor coach, complete with a professional driver so you can relax, celebrate responsibly, and let the good times begin the moment you board. With music, lively conversations, games, prizes, and plenty of fun along the way, the ride to Martin’s Valley Mansion becomes part of the experience. 

Once you arrive, get ready to feast. Guests will enjoy an all-you-can-eat seafood spread featuring shrimp, snow crab, and more seafood favorites, with the option to add lobster for an extra luxe touch. And yes, the drinks are flowing too — this experience includes an all-you-can-drink open bar with premium drinks, making it the perfect evening to sip, savor, laugh, and celebrate.

The Entertainment…. 

Taking the stage is the hilarious Howard G, a comedian, actor, playwright, and director whose career includes appearances on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, BET’s ComicView, Showtime at the Apollo, and The Wire. Known for his unforgettable characters, spot-on impersonations, energetic stage presence, and real-life storytelling, Howard G brings the kind of comedy that keeps the room laughing and the energy high.

What’s Not Included:

Unless expressly listed under “What’s Included” in your travel package, the following items are not included: 

  • Transportation to and from the designated motor coach departure location 

  • Parking fees at or near the departure location 

  • Meals, snacks, beverages, or alcoholic beverages unless specifically listed as included 

  • Personal spending money 

  • Souvenirs, shopping, and optional activities 

  • Travel insurance — highly recommended and can be purchased HERE 

  • Gratuities for the motor coach driver, tour guides, hotel staff, restaurant staff, venue staff, or other service providers unless specifically stated 

  • Hotel accommodations, if applicable, unless expressly listed as included in your package 

  • Any other items not expressly listed under what is included in your travel package 

Motor Coach / Bus Trip-Specific Travel Notes 

This experience is part of the XTD Luxe Motor Coach Xperiences series. Guests will travel by motor coach/bus as outlined in the trip itinerary. 

All travelers are responsible for arriving at the designated departure location on time. Departure times are firm, and the motor coach cannot be held for late arrivals. Guests who arrive late, miss the departure, or fail to board at the designated time are responsible for arranging and paying for their own alternate transportation. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed departures. 

Guests should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow time for check-in, luggage loading, if applicable, and boarding. 

The motor coach itinerary, departure time, return time, pickup location, rest stops, and schedule are subject to change based on traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, venue requirements, safety concerns, driver hours-of-service requirements, or other circumstances beyond XTD Travel’s control. 

XTD Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, late guests, third-party vendors, venue delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Guests are responsible for keeping track of their personal belongings at all times. XTD Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items, including luggage, if applicable, purses, electronics, clothing, identification, medication, or other personal property. 

Guests are encouraged to pack light and bring only what they can reasonably manage. Luggage limits, if applicable, will be provided prior to departure. XTD Travel reserves the right to limit oversized or excessive luggage, if applicable, due to storage capacity and safety requirements. 

Guests should dress comfortably and appropriately for motor coach travel and the planned activities. We also recommend bringing any personal items needed for comfort during the ride, such as medication, chargers, headphones, light snacks, or a travel blanket. 

Alcohol consumption, smoking, vaping, illegal substances, disruptive behavior, harassment, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow instructions from XTD Travel representatives, motor coach staff, venue staff, or security may result in removal from the trip without refund. 

XTD Travel reserves the right to refuse service, deny boarding, or remove any guest whose behavior creates a safety concern, disrupts the experience for others, violates trip policies, or places XTD Travel, its vendors, or other guests at risk. 

Required Motor Coach Waiver 

All guests participating in an XTD Luxe Motor Coach Xperience are required to review and sign the XTD Travel Motor Coach Waiver and Release Form before boarding the bus. 

This waiver outlines important terms related to motor coach travel, guest responsibility, personal belongings, luggage, if applicable, trip delays, itinerary changes, third-party vendors, guest conduct, medical considerations, travel insurance, cancellation policies, and liability release. 

Guests who do not sign the required waiver may be denied boarding and will not be entitled to a refund or credit. 

Hotel Information, If Applicable 

For trips that include hotel accommodations, if applicable, hotel check-in and check-out times will be provided in the final travel documents or itinerary. 

Hotel check-in and check-out times, if applicable, are determined by the hotel and are subject to change. 

The hotel, if applicable, may require a credit or debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, which may place a hold on your funds. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may also be required at check-in for incidental charges. 

Hotel policies, if applicable, including accepted forms of payment, incidental holds, resort fees, parking fees, and check-in requirements, are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

Trip Registration 

When registering for a trip with XTD Travel, travelers are required to make reservations in the full name listed on their government-issued identification. 

Guests may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification prior to boarding, hotel check-in, if applicable, venue entry, or participation in certain trip activities. 

Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received and processed. 

Automatic Billing Plan 

Enroll in our automatic billing plan to relax, knowing your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we will calculate an evenly divided payment plan and let you know the exact day your payment will be processed monthly. 

Your initial deposit is due at booking, and future payments will follow the schedule on your invoice. This service is available at no charge. 

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. If monthly payments are not made by the specified due date, a late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged. 

 

Invoice Notifications 

With the payment plan, you will receive monthly payment notices. Full payment must be received by the final due date to ensure you receive final travel documents, itineraries, departure details, boarding instructions, waiver reminders, and any additional trip information. 

Final trip documents are typically emailed approximately 30 days before travel, unless otherwise noted.

We use third-party payment processing companies, such as WeTravel, to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit or debit card. 

 

Travel Insurance 

Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing the money you paid is worse. XTD Travel highly recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance to help protect their travel investment.  Travel insurance can be purchased HERE. 

Please review your travel insurance options thoroughly to determine the best type of insurance policy for your needs. This may include comparing standard travel insurance coverage with “cancel for any reason” coverage or other policy types.

It is each guest’s responsibility to read the policy benefits, exclusions, terms, and conditions before purchasing coverage. Traveler Contact Information Updates 

Please notify XTD Travel of any changes to your mailing address, email address, or phone number in a timely manner to ensure that important documentation, updates, travel swag boxes, boarding instructions, waiver forms, and other relevant materials are received at the correct location. 

XTD Travel is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated or incorrect traveler contact information. 

Cancellation / Refund Policy 

XTD Travel does not issue refunds. For this reason, XTD Travel highly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance through our complimentary travel insurance portal on our website HERE. 

Guests may cancel their reservation if they elect to do so. However, submitting a cancellation request does not entitle the guest to a refund, as XTD Travel has a no-refund payment policy.

Your request will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days. 

XTD Travel has adopted this policy to ensure we can secure quality experiences, transportation, vendors, activities, and other benefits for our guests. Guests are highly encouraged to secure travel insurance so that, in the event a covered reason occurs, their travel investment may be protected according to the terms of their policy. 

Credit / Debit Card Chargeback Policy 

If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before allowing XTD Travel the opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. 

By signing this agreement, registering for a trip, or booking a trip with XTD Travel, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience or as a way to avoid the cancellation and refund policy agreed to at booking. 

XTD Travel views improper chargebacks as a form of friendly fraud and reserves the right to vigorously dispute any chargeback. XTD Travel also reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities. 

Should XTD Travel successfully dispute a chargeback initiated by you, you agree to reimburse XTD Travel for attorney’s fees, administrative time, costs, and expenses associated with responding to and disputing the chargeback.

Terms & Policies 

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of XTD Travel’s Terms and Conditions.  All payments to XTD Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Make your reservation today to lock in the current price.   Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. 

If you are traveling with a roommate, companion, or group member, please ensure that they are also making timely monthly payments. 

If monthly payments are not made by the specified due date, a late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged.  XTD Travel reserves the right to update trip details, vendors, schedules, departure times, return times, inclusions, hotel information, if applicable, luggage guidelines, if applicable, and policies when necessary due to operational needs, vendor requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. 

By registering for this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all payment, cancellation, refund, chargeback, motor coach, waiver, and liability terms associated with this experience.
