For seven years, the Melanin Queens have packed their bags, stepped away from the responsibilities waiting at home and given themselves permission to simply BE.

Our home for the Melanin Queens Take Napa Xperience places us right at the gateway to California wine country—but what we love most is what happens when we come back from exploring.
Picture returning from a beautiful Napa day and having absolutely nowhere you have to be. Maybe you slip into the outdoor heated pool tucked beside the property's redwood grove. Maybe you order a cocktail, find your favorite spot near a fire pit and replay the day's adventures with the Queens. Maybe today is the day you disappear into the on-site spa and emerge several levels less stressed than when you entered. And then, almost like Napa's version of happy hour calling your name, the daily wine experience begins, featuring pours presented by a local winery sommelier or tasting-room professional. The resort experience also includes daily yoga and bicycle rentals—little opportunities to slow down, get outside and experience wine country differently.

Trip Registration

Automatic Billing Plan
Enroll in our automatic billing plan to relax, knowing your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided payment plan and let you know the exact day your payment will be processed monthly. Your initial deposit is due at booking, and future payments will follow the schedule on your invoice. This service is available at no charge.
Invoice Notifications
With the payment plan, you will receive monthly payment notices. Full payment must be received by the final due date to ensure you receive travel documents, itineraries, and additional travel instructions. These documents are emailed approximately 30 days before you are scheduled to begin your travel.
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card.
Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing the money you paid is worse. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can be purchased here.
Traveler Contact Information Updates
Please notify XTD Travel of any changes to your mailing address, email address, or phone number in a timely manner to ensure that important documentation, travel swag boxes, and other relevant materials are received at the correct location.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
XTD Travel does NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. For this reason, XTD Travel HIGHLY RECOMMEND that guests procure travel insurance via our complimentary travel insurance portal on our website HERE.
Note: Please review your travel insurance booking options thoroughly to determine the "BEST" type of insurance policy for you (i.e., cancel for any reason vs one of the other policy types). XTD Travel does NOT recommend which insurance policy you should buy in the event you purchase travel insurance. XTD Travel has adopted this policy to ensure we can book the best vacations in amazing locations with phenomenal excursions and other benefits. Clients are also HIGHLY encouraged to secure travel insurance for your vacation so that in the event a "covered reason" occurs, their vacation investment will be covered.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have allowed us to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have.
By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience; in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of "friendly fraud," but fraud, nonetheless, and we will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney's fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
