Trip Registration
When registering for a trip with XTD Travel, travelers are required to make reservations in the full name listed on their government-issued ID.
Automatic Billing Plan
Enroll in our automatic billing plan to relax, knowing your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided payment plan and let you know the exact day your payment will be processed monthly. Your initial deposit is due at booking, and future payments will follow the schedule on your invoice. This service is available at no charge.
Invoice Notifications
With the payment plan, you will receive monthly payment notices. Full payment must be received by the final due date to ensure you receive travel documents, itineraries, and additional travel instructions. These documents are emailed approximately 30 days before you are scheduled to begin your travel.
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit card.
Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing the money you paid is worse. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, which you can purchase HERE.
Traveler Contact Information Updates
Please notify XTD Travel of any mailing address, email address, or phone number changes in a timely manner to ensure that important documentation, travel swag boxes, etc., are received at the correct location.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY
If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have allowed us to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have.
By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience; in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy, to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of "friendly fraud," but fraud nonetheless, and we will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney's fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.

All payments to XTD Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
